Return window and eligibility
We offer refunds or exchanges within the first 5 days from the date of purchase. After 5 days, a return, exchange or refund will not be offered.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in the condition received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Items purchased on sale may not be eligible.
- Exchanges are available only where an item is found to be defective or damaged.
Exceptions and inspection
Certain categories of products may be exempt from returns or refunds. Any such restriction will be identified at the time of purchase.
When an accepted return or exchange reaches us, we will notify you by email. After the item passes our quality inspection, the approved return or exchange will be processed in accordance with our policies.
