The Platform is owned by LEARNOCEAN TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at Suncity Avenue 76, Gurugram, Haryana. References to the “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean LEARNOCEAN TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD.

Your use of the Platform, services and tools is governed by these Terms of Use and the policies incorporated by reference. If you transact on the Platform, policies applicable to that transaction also apply. By using the Platform, you enter into a binding agreement with the Platform Owner.

Additional or conflicting terms proposed by you are rejected and have no effect. We may modify these Terms at any time. You are responsible for reviewing them periodically. In these Terms, “you”, “your” and “user” refer to any natural or legal person who agrees to become a user or buyer on the Platform.

Accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Platform indicates your agreement to these Terms of Use.

1. To access and use the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information during and after registration. You are responsible for all acts done through your registered account on the Platform.
2. Neither we nor any third party provides any warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of information and materials offered through the Platform or Services for a particular purpose. Such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and liability for those inaccuracies or errors is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. Your use of the Services and Platform is at your own risk and discretion. You are responsible for independently assessing whether the Services meet your requirements.
4. The contents of the Platform and Services are proprietary to us or licensed to us. You may not claim any intellectual property right, title or interest in the content, including the design, layout, appearance and graphics.
5. Unauthorised use of the Platform or Services may result in action under these Terms of Use and applicable law.
6. You agree to pay the charges associated with the Services you choose to use.
7. You agree not to use the Platform or Services for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or prohibited by these Terms or by applicable Indian or local law.
8. The Platform and Services may contain links to third-party websites. When you access those links, the third party's terms, privacy policy and other policies will apply. Links are provided for convenience and additional information.
9. By initiating a transaction for Services, you enter into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner for those Services.
10. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies, officers, directors, agents and employees against claims, demands, actions, reasonable legal fees or penalties arising from your breach of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, other policies, applicable law or third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
11. The parties will not be liable for failure to perform an obligation under these Terms where performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
12. These Terms, and any dispute or claim relating to them or their enforceability, are governed by the laws of India.
13. All disputes arising from or connected with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
